The location on the outskirts of town was perfect for me, as it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with two balconies offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel provided excellent room service and housekeeping, ensuring that everything was in order and to my liking. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a variety of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and attention to detail.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed at the hotel as first time customers but were welcomed like old friends. The Italian flavoured ambience and overal service were excellent so made our short stay thoroughly enjoyable. Our large bedroom was clean with a balcony and mountain view. The hotel was very comfortable with large cool rooms and garden. Suitable trip ideas into the Dolimiti were provided daily and proved useful as we had transport. The hotel had a smart dining room and it was a pleasure to return for an evening meal, then take the short walk into town afterwards. We would choose the Villa Stephania again should our plans include the Dolomiti region. We are still enjoying the hotel's parting gift of fruit tea - a tasty reminder of our stay there.

One of the nicest bed and breakfast stays I've had in a long time. It exceeded my expectations and I've already rebooked for next year!
Making wireless internet openly available would be a plus.

Great Experience!
The hotel had a fantastic location, with ski facilities and langlauf bus stops easily accessible. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and satellite TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our preferences were catered for during dinner and providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The noise levels from nearby rooms, particularly in the early morning when chambermaids were moving around with trolleys and using hoovers. Despite our request for a quieter morning, this persisted throughout our stay, making it difficult to get a good rest.

The hotel is located close to the Haunold mountain, making it ideal for skiing and hiking. the city square and town centre are also nearby. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities such as a mini-bar, safe, and balcony. the staff provide excellent service, and the food, particularly the daily changing menu, is exceptional.
The swimming pool temperature may be a bit too cold for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa area with its relaxing atmosphere and variety of sauna options. The indoor swimming pool was spacious and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The hotel's location, near the city square and on the outskirts of town, provided easy access to shops, bars, and transportation. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff made sure to cater well for vegetarians. The views of the slopes of Baranci and the splendid mountains from our spacious room with two balconies were breathtaking.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location was great for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and transport. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa and the tea selection in the tea house was nice.
The food was a big disappointment. the selection was limited and the quality was not up to par.
